I mentioned it yesterday but I don’t talk a lot about being highly sensitive, but I am.
And lately I’ve been thinking about how business, visibility, being online and putting yourself out there can sometimes feel pretty intense.
I said, “Wow, I’m walking the path of a Highly Sensitive Lightworker?”
I smiled and then my heart filled with gratitude. Yes, it’s intense but I’m grateful to be on this journey of helping, teaching, guiding and my sensitivity is like a special superpower.
My spidey sense and I love it.

Here are a few questions for you...
Have you ever walked into a room and immediately felt the energy, the vibe of the place and the people?
When you’re with someone close to you, can you tell when something’s off with them before they even mention it?
Do you take on people’s energy so completely that you can’t tell if it’s your true emotions or theirs?
When you get on certain social media platforms, does it feel like you’ve stumbled into a loud, chaotic party?
Have you been called too sensitive, too emotional, too deep, too intense?
Do you have a deep knowing that the experiences you’ve lived, the hard things you’ve been through, the wisdom you found on the other side, were meant to be shared?
