What it Means To Hear Your Soul
Your soul never stops speaking. The station is always broadcasting.
Your soul is always broadcasting, but are you tuned to the right frequency to hear it?
When I say soul, I’m talking about the part of you that is deeply connected to truth, your intuition, your gut, your inner knowing. You can call it whatever you like, your Higher Self, your body’s wisdom, or even God.
Your soul speaks in whispers. Sometimes it’s a soft voice you hear in your inner ear. Sometimes it’s a quiet knowing.
Other times, it shows up through synchronicities, numbers, songs, signs, things that feel too aligned to be a coincidence.
But if you’re like most women I work with, you’ve probably had moments where you knew something was trying to come through… but it just wouldn’t.
Like the message was right on the other side of a locked door, and you were standing outside waiting.
That’s what it feels like when there’s static in your system.
The thing is, the door was never actually locked.
Your soul never stops speaking. The station is always broadcasting.
It’s just that when there’s too much emotional clutter, old fear, grief, self-doubt, unprocessed pain, your body gets filled with noise.
It’s like trying to tune into a radio with too much static. The DJ is there. The song is playing. You just can’t hear it clearly.
And sometimes when you do catch the “song”… that spark of wisdom that feels so right, the ego jumps in almost immediately:
“You can’t do that.”
“That’s not going to work.”
“Who do you think you are?”
The ego is quick to convince you of everything that could go wrong and we ignore the wisdom that just a second ago felt so right.
The good news is that it’s not too late. She didn’t leave you behind.
Your soul is devoted to your purpose, calling, and mission.
And when you clear the noise, when you move energy through your body, breathe, cry, dance, pray, your channel starts to open again.
You become a clearer vessel for truth.
You begin to trust what you hear.
Because your soul’s voice is steady, ever-present, and always feels like love, even when it’s asking you to grow.
Here’s your Self-Healing Practice…
Take a slow breath in through your nose…
Exhale through your mouth with a sigh.
Place your hand on your heart and whisper:
“May I be quiet enough to hear the truth that’s already within me.”
Sit for one minute and just notice, what feels true today?
Next time, I’ll share what it really means to hear your soul and follow its calling.
Much love,
Essence
