Turning Toward Yourself: Sunday Self-Healing Practice
Just say the words that your soul and inner child need to hear.
I love how women have reclaimed February as a month for self-love.
With Valentine’s Day here, so much attention goes toward hoping someone else expresses love to us.
But what if this month felt different?
What if you were the one who showed up for you?
Your Sunday Self-Healing practice is simple.
But…
It’s not easy.
It’s mirror work.
Which can feel vulnerable and scary.
Also for many women the mirror is where judgement happens. (I look tired, my cheeks are fat…)
Today let the mirror be place to be intimate with yourself.
A friend to yourself (not an enemy).
Say the words to yourself, even if you don’t 100% mean it. Just say the words that your soul and inner child need to hear.
Mirror Work Practice:
Go to the mirror. Or open the camera on your phone.
Pause.
Look yourself in the eye.
No judgement, just presence.
And say, slowly:
I am lovable.
I am loved.
I love you.
Notice what comes up.
Don’t rush it.
Just stay with yourself for 3 breaths.
Let this be the month you practice turning toward yourself, not waiting to be chosen.
Much love,
While everyone else is waiting to be chosen this month, you can choose yourself.
If you want showing up for your work to feel natural again, not like something you have to push through, this is your next step.
Book your call here and let’s support that shift together.
