“What if I mess it up?”
“What if this isn’t it?”

But really, you’re just not able to stay with yourself long enough to hear what’s already there.

It’s not your fault we weren’t taught how to be in our bodies.

As the song said “It’s a Mans World” so many women often find themselves leaning into masculine traits like being analytical, structured, disciplined, rigid, and goal-focused.

These are great traits and skills to have. The masculine is needed.

But it’s easy to prioritize action, productivity, and logic, while the softer, nurturing aspects of ourselves might not get the same attention and acknowledgment.

You’re a woman, and you weren’t created to operate this way full time and that creates an internal imbalance.

A distortion.

That’s why you can’t stop doing, stop thinking, over analyzing and mental looping even when you pray for your brain to turn off.


But it’s time for a reclamation!

Most programs try to heal the mind with the mind.

If that was possible you would’ve done it already.

The problem is that the mind is disconnected from the body, it’s taken over, it’s out of control and it’s driving you bananas.

It’s time to take the journey from the head and imbalanced masculine and reclaim your feminine body.

Because she’s WISE and POWERFUL!

She is wise and powerful.

She is a friend and a companion.

She is a healer and a teacher.

She’s a mother and a sister.

She is always for you and never against you. But many of us have turned against her.


For centuries, women have been taught not to listen to and trust that soft voice within.

They say…

  • She’s too emotional. Too sensitive.

  • She’s weak, irrational, and needs to toughen up.

  • She needs to stay quiet, stay small, stay in the background.

  • She’s too wild, untamed, and unpredictable, she needs to be controlled.

  • Her intuition is unreliable, she should rely on reason and logic.


Because of what they’ve said, we don’t value this beautiful treasure trove of wisdom within ourselves.

  • When she whispers, “You’re enough and you’ve done enough today,” we don’t listen. We just keep pushing through till exhaustion.

  • When she sends up anger and sadness to alert you that something is wrong, we don’t feel it. We turn on the TV or grab a glass of wine to suppress the pain and ignore her message.

  • When she says, “Tell them no, you need to rest today,” we betray ourselves and put them first.

  • When she says, “Write this book, teach this course, share your story” we let fear keep us silent.

  • When she sends a signal to your gut that registers as “Don’t date him, he’s not good for you,” we ignore her again and give him our number anyway because he’s cute.


What if today was the day you stopped leaving her on “read” and began to listen and trust your feminine body?

She is not the soft, slow, pretty version of you that comes out on retreats and then disappears by Monday morning when it’s “time to get to work.”

She is the part of you that knows.

That feels what is true before your mind has words for it.

But she does not shout over your mind. She waits for you to slow down and listen.

What we are doing together

This is 3 months of guided return to your body and your feminine.

Not surface level. Not coaching. Not digging through your past.

We are rebuilding how you relate to yourself from the inside of your body.


  • Month One: Safety in the Body

We slow everything down. You begin to feel your body again in a way that actually feels safe. Your system starts to settle. Your mind starts to quiet. You are not forcing anything. You are learning how to be present, open, connected with your body and inner world.

  • Month Two: Opening the Feminine

Now we deepen. There is more softness, more movement, more feeling. You begin to allow sensation instead of bracing against it. Your body starts to open. Your feminine starts to come forward and take her rightful place in how you move through your life.

  • Month Three: Self-Trust and Direction

Now things shift. You are not as quick to override yourself. You can feel what is true for you and stay with it. And from that place your next steps become clear. Not because you finally figured them out. Because you can finally hear yourself.

The moment discomfort comes up the mind takes over. That is the pattern. You start to feel something and before it can fully land you are already analyzing it, explaining it, trying to solve it or push through it.

In this space I guide you through exactly the moment you would normally leave yourself. So your body can learn something new.

I’m Essence Turner, Kundalini yoga teacher, sensual yoga teacher, clinical hypnotherapist, and the woman who spent years feeling disconnected from herself before finding her way back home to her body.

I didn’t come into this work from the outside. I lived it.

I spent years in my head and drinking to override the worry, low self-esteem and anxiety what I felt. Choosing jobs and relationships from patterns of fear. Moving through life disconnected from my body and trying to think my way into clarity.

And then I stopped trying to heal myself through thinking and started coming back into my body.

That changed everything.

I’ve spent years immersed in practices that bring you out of your head and back into your body.
