If your week, month or year has felt like a lot… or you just feel a little off or too in your head and can’t really explain why… you should come to this.
It’s really just gentle 30-minute space to… slow down, breathe, move and let your body release some of what it’s been holding.
Nothing intense. You don’t have to do anything “right.”
But you’ll probably feel lighter after. More like yourself again. Less in your head.
It’s a reset before the week starts.
