This is a 30 day container designed to soften what’s been hardened, open what’s been closed, and bring you back into a living, breathing relationship with your own body and soul.

Most women have one powerful experience, a retreat, a session, a moment of clarity and then slowly close back up before anything really changes. Life rushes back in. The opening fades.

The 30 Day Soul Attunement Reset is designed to support that opening and help you stay connected to it while real life continues.

Over 30 days we go deeper together. And in between sessions you’re not left alone to figure out what to do with what just moved through you.

What Happens in a Soul Attunement Session

These are embodiment sessions (In Your Body).

Through breath, movement, heart-centered energy work, and intuitive guidance, we create space for your body to release what it has been carrying and reconnect you with your own inner knowing.

During our time together, you may experience:

• Release of emotional weight your body has been holding so you stop walking into every room already exhausted before you begin

• Reconnection with your inner voice so you can feel the difference between what you truly want and what you’ve been conditioned to want

• More clarity and openness in your body so decisions start coming from knowing instead of fear

• A deeper sense of self-trust so you stop looking outside yourself for direction

• A felt connection with your body and soul again so the next chapter of your life feels like something you’re choosing

Here’s what’s included:

3 Soul Attunement Sessions 60-75 minutes, spread across 30 days.

Each session is intuitively guided, heart centered, and goes deeper than the one before. Session 1 opens you. Session 2 deepens. Session 3 integrates.

3 Heart Rituals: After each session you receive a sacred ritual practice to keep the connection alive in your body between sessions. A sacred 5-10 minutes that says to your body: “I’m still here. I’m not closing back up”.

Monday & Thursday Office Hours: 2x a week you have a space to check in, share what’s moving, ask what’s coming up. You’re never left alone between sessions wondering what to do with what’s shifting.

How We Work

This is not coaching. And it’s not a yoga class.

This is an embodied healing space where your body can release, your heart can open, and your deeper truth can come forward.

Sessions are guided intuitively based on what your body and energy need in the moment.

We may work with:

We go at your pace. We follow what wants to release. Nothing is forced.

• Comfortable stretchy clothes something that makes you feel soft and like yourself
