Also, I’ve been thinking about people-pleasing lately.

Not just saying yes when you want to say no.

But the ways we hold back, or choose what we think we “should” do because we’re worried about what someone else might think.

In this video, I’m sharing a client story, an awkward Uber ride where I caught myself doing the same thing, and why I decided to record this as a video instead of forcing myself to write a blog.
