Goddesses Don't Worry! Self-Healing Sunday
Today goddess Maat said that worrying is anti-goddess.
As I talk and share more about putting yourself out there online and sharing your gifts, I’ve been hearing a lot about worry.
It’s normal. But it also keeps a lot of people from starting and they stay hidden because they are so worried about what other people think.
Or maybe you’re worried about the future, money or your love life.
As I sat down to write about this it made me think about something I wrote in my Goddess journal years ago.
And I wanted to share it with you.
Today goddess Maat said that worrying is anti-goddess. It’s not like you’re a goddess who worries. It’s more like you take your goddess dress off, lay it on the bed, and then put on an old dusty furry jogging suit with a huge hood that covers your whole head, and no one can see you.

It’s cutting you off from the light. ⠀
Goddesses don’t worry. They plan and execute.
If Goddess Maat were here as a human, she wouldn’t worry about anything. Let’s say she wanted more money. She would take note of her skills and use them to trade for money. Or she would sell things online or have a garage sale.

If she wanted happiness, she’d make a list of all the things that make her happy and begin doing them. She might also make a list of things that make her unhappy work through whatever was impeding her happiness or toss out the things that no longer served her.

If she wanted love, she’d go crazy giving love wherever and to whoever she could until love had no choice but to come back to her.
If something unwanted was going on in her life, she would notice the problem and then come up with a plan to solve it. And no one could stand in her way.⠀
